Rosarito Antiques: Vintage Furniture and Collectible Antiques
At Rosarito Antiques we offer a unique selection of vintage furniture, antiques, and collectible items. Each piece is special and has been carefully chosen to ensure authenticity and quality.
Sales Policy
- All our sales are final.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances.
Reservation Policy
Reservation requirements: Customers may reserve any available item at Rosarito Antiques with an initial payment of 25% of the total price.
Balance payment deadline: The remaining balance must be paid within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the reservation date.
Extensions: Customers may request an extension, subject to approval by Rosarito Antiques. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and if approved, new terms and deadlines will be established.
Cancellation conditions: Rosarito Antiques does not make calls or send messages to demand payments or notify delays, as these practices are considered harassment. Once the deadline has passed, Rosarito Antiques reserves the right to put the item back on sale without prior notice. In case of non-compliance, the reservation will be canceled and the initial payment of 25% (or any higher amount) will not be refundable, as it is considered compensation for reserving the item.
Withdrawal and Storage Policy
- Reservation period: maximum of 30 calendar days.
- Extensions: up to 60 days, only with express approval.
- Deposit: all reservations require a non-refundable deposit.
- Non-compliance: if the customer stops paying or communicating, the item is automatically released for sale.
- Withdrawal of paid items: all fully paid items must be collected within a maximum of 30 calendar days; otherwise, they are considered abandoned and Rosarito Antiques may dispose of them without obligation of refund.
- Limited space: our store does not allow indefinite storage; we are not a personal warehouse, but a space for exhibition and sale.
- Official channels: all communication must be made only through verified phone, email, or social media channels.
- Automatic acceptance: upon receiving the purchase receipt, the customer automatically accepts these policies regardless of their place of residence.
- Limited responsibility: Rosarito Antiques is not responsible for items not collected within the established period.
- Policy updates: Rosarito Antiques may modify these policies, always publishing them through its official channels.
- Legal jurisdiction: any dispute will be resolved under the applicable laws of Baja California, Mexico.
Application
These conditions apply to our physical store, our online shop, and all official social media platforms where Rosarito Antiques has presence: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Shopify, WhatsApp, and any other official platform.
Accepted Payment Methods
Cash, credit/debit card, and electronic transfers are accepted.
Shipping
Shipments are managed by third parties; responsibility lies with the transport company once the items leave our hands. Rosarito Antiques ensures that each item is delivered to the carrier in perfect condition.
📦 Customers are advised to check their order upon receipt. In case of damage, they must contact the transport company (Mudanzas Castro) directly to initiate the corresponding claim.
Exceptions
Without exception, all our items are subject to the final sales policy.
